Associate Prof. Pradit Withisuphakorn is a distinguished academic and industry leader, currently serving as an esteemed faculty member at Docenti Global Business School (DGBS) and as Director of the Center for Competitive Research & Development (CCRD.BOF) at the BODHISASTRA University Foundation. His career spans academia, government advisory, international trade, entrepreneurship, and strategic development.
Between 1993 and 2003, he played a significant role in Thailand’s advertising industry as a member of the Executive Committee for the Top Advertising Contest of Thailand (TACT Awards). He later chaired the Executive Committee in 1996 and again in 2002, contributing to the advancement of creative excellence in the sector.
From 2001 to 2003, he served on the Executive Board of Krungthep Thonburi University. During this period, he also held the position of Director of the “BOI Chinese Desk” at Thailand’s Office of the Board of Investment (2003–2005), where he facilitated investment cooperation between Thailand and China. His international advisory work continued in 2005–2006 as Advisor to the Jinhong Industrial Estate in Xishuangbanna Dai Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province, China.
Associate Prof. Pradit further strengthened regional economic collaboration as Director and Secretary General of the Asia Pacific Economic and Trade Association (APETA) from 2003 to 2009. Earlier, from 1999 to 2008, he served as a consultant to Thailand’s SME Venture Capital Fund, supporting small and medium-sized enterprises in accessing strategic funding and growth opportunities.
In 2010, he was appointed Director of the NIDA GoSMEs Program under Thailand’s Office of Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion, where he focused on advancing the food and retail business sectors. His policy advisory experience includes serving as an Expert Adviser to the National Reform Council of Thailand (2014–2015) on infrastructure and logistics reform.
From 2014 to 2021, he led the NIDA Center for Competitiveness Research (NIDA CCR) as Director and simultaneously served as Vice President of the NIDA Faculty Council (2015–2021). He also headed major research initiatives, including feasibility studies and conceptual designs for the SRT Golf Course in Hua Hin (2016–2017) and the SRT Mixed-Use Complex linked to three airports at Makkasan (2017–2018).
In addition to his academic leadership, he served as President of the Chulalongkorn Engineering Alumni Chapter (Class of 1978) from 2018 to 2020.
Currently, he is the CEO of Property Hub Asia and Property Hub Holding (2021–present), where he focuses on innovative real estate solutions, including global property tokenization and NFT-driven property exchange platforms. Since 2022, he has continued his academic leadership as Associate Professor and Director of CCRD at the BODHISASTRA University Foundation. In 2023, he also took on the role of Principal Advisor to A4S (Answer for Success), supporting its vision to become a leading global MLM organization.
